This Refund Policy applies to all paid purchases on Lovlio and is part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. The short version
- Free templates have nothing to refund.
- Paid templates (Standard, Premium, Super Premium) are non-refundable once payment is captured and the Site is published — at that point the digital service has been delivered.
- We do refund duplicate charges, verified technical failures on our side, and unauthorised charges (see §2).
2. When we will refund
- Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same Site. Report within 7 days of the charge.
- Verified technical failure on our side — your payment was captured but the Site could not be published, and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time after you bring it to our attention.
- Unauthorised charge — the charge was made without your authorisation (e.g. account compromise) and is verified on investigation.
Payments that fail at the Razorpay gateway are not captured by us; if your bank shows a hold, it will be released on the bank's normal cycle (usually 3–7 business days).
3. When we will not refund
Except for the cases in §2, we will not refund a Site, including:
- Change of mind after publishing.
- You deleted the Site yourself.
- The Site reached the end of its plan and expired.
- You picked the wrong template, made typos, or were unhappy with how the template rendered after publishing.
- Your recipient did not enjoy the Site, did not click the link, or asked for it to be taken down.
- You uploaded poor-quality photos or did not realise a particular template did not support image uploads.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@lovlio.in from the email address on your Lovlio account, including:
- The Razorpay Order ID (in your payment receipt).
- The date and amount of the charge.
- A short reason (duplicate, technical failure, unauthorised, etc.).
We acknowledge within 2 business days and decide within 7 business days of receiving the information we need.
5. How long refunds take
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Typical clearing time is 5–10 business days depending on your bank; we do not control this. If a refund has not appeared after 10 business days, write to us and we'll investigate with Razorpay.
6. Chargebacks
If a charge looks wrong, write to us first — we can almost always resolve disputes faster than the bank chargeback process. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Refund requests are evaluated against the version in effect on the date of the original charge.
